Vehicle Crime Roundup for Gloucester

Alert message sent 19/11/2021 10:31:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

An attempt was made to remove an exhaust from a car parked on the drive of a house in Morelands Grove, off Stroud Road, at around 10.20pm on 18th November.  The offenders, who were probably after the catalytic converter on the car, ran off when security lights activated at the house.

A purse and handbag were taken from an insecure car parked near the Londis store in Oxstalls Lane between 9.45am and 10am on 16th November.  Fortunately the bank cards were cancelled before they could be used by the offender.

A van parked in Vauxhall Terrace in Barton was entered by smashing the driver’s side window overnight on 14th and 15th November. Two mobile phones, an iPhone 12 and a Samsung S21, were stolen from inside.
