Another flat was entered in Ladybellgate Street by forcing open a ground floor window. A suitcase was stolen by the thieves who struck at around 10.30pm on 22nd September.  Police later arrested two local men suspected of being involved in this crime.

Six new build homes have been entered in Rudloe Drive in Kingsway during the night of 17th and 18th September.  The gas boilers worth over £800 each have been removed from five of the properties which had been entered by smashing windows.

Remember to keep your front and rear doors locked at all times, especially during the hours of darkness, and also to keep valuables well away from windows.  Windows should be kept closed and preferably locked whenever the room is not occupied.
