Always lock all doors and windows when you leave your property and consider the use of security lighting and CCTV to cover vulnerable areas particularly flat roofs and garden shed etc. Car keys are valuable as they are the easiest way to steal the vehicle so take care and protect them and keep them secure.
Forensic marking systems such as Smartwater and Selecta DNA can be used to protect jewellery and IT equipment. For more information please contact myself Simon Bailey on 01452 754630or via email at simon.bailey@gloucestershire.pnn.police.uk
