Crime Round-up for City Barnwood Matson and Tredworth

The window of a house in Albion Street was smashed between 8pm and 9.30pm on 11th July.  An untidy search was made but nothing seems to have been stolen.

An “Apollo Twilight” bike was stolen from a dwelling in Friars Orchard in the city centre between the hours of 6pm and 8pm on 10th July.  The bike was taken from an unlocked garage.

Part of a GPS Sat Nav system was stolen from a car parked in a car park in Wellington Street between 8pm on 10th July and midday the following day.

A wheelie bin was used to reach a side window, which was then forced open at a house in Eastern Avenue near the Walls roundabout.  Cash was stolen.

Sunglasses and a phone charger were stolen from a car parked in Furlong Road overnight on 8th and 9th July.
 
Gardening tools were taken from a van parked in Gatmeres Road overnight on 12th and 13th July

It is more likely that homes will now be left unoccupied as people try to catch up with family and missed holidays.  If you do go away overnight, please take steps to leave your home secure and give it the appearance of being occupied.
