Vehicle Crime in Huntley

Alert message sent 13/07/2020 13:00:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

This is a Neighbourhood Watch message from Chrissie Parkes
There have been a number of thefts from vehicles in the Huntley area recently.
A handbag was stolen from a car parked in the driveway of a property in North Road on the night of the 11th of July.
Two purses were stolen from a car in Byford’s Road on the same night. In both cases, the credit cards were used.
Between 03.00 am and 03.30 am on the morning of the 13th of July, power tools were taken from a van parked in Oak Way with a total value of £570.00.
In all cases, the vehicles were left insecure. I strongly suggest that everyone is vigilante at locking his or her vehicles and removing where possible any items of value.

Please be aware and if you have any information regarding these incidents please report it to the police on 101.
