Drugs arrests

Alert message sent 08/07/2020 22:40:00

Information sent on behalf of Gloucestershire Constabulary

On Monday 6th officers from our Force Crime Operations unit were in Stroud and arrested three suspects for suspected drugs supply offences linked to an address in Bath Road, Stroud where class A drugs and cash were seized. The suspects, a Stroud man and two men from London, were interviewed at Compass House Police Station and released on bail until 28th July for the investigating officers to conduct further enquiries.

This afternoon PC’s Webb and Ludlow from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team arrested a 21 year old local man having found him in possession of drugs. In a subsequent search of his house the officers seized class A and B drugs, a quantity of cash and others items suspected to be linked to the supply of controlled drugs. Following his interview at Compass House this man has also been released in order that the officers can examine electronic devices seized for further evidence linking the suspect to drug supply.

If you have suspicions about illegal drug activity at an address or location then please report it via our website or anonymously via Crimestoppers. Thank you.
