Advice for Car Owners Part3

Alert message sent 03/07/2020 16:56:00

Information sent on behalf of Neighbourhood Watch

I have been informed that the document attached to the last message contained out of date information regarding MOT's.

The latest official information regarding MOT's off the GOV.UK website is:

Coronavirus: MOT's due from 30 March 2020
Your car, van or motorcycle’s MOT expiry date will be extended by 6 months if it’s due between 30 March 2020 and 31 July 2020.

The full detail can be found by following this link
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-mots-for-cars-vans-and-motorcycles-due-from-30-march-2020

It is worth noting that most MOT Testing Stations are now offering a normal service.
