Crime Round up for the Tewkesbury area

Here is a summary of burglary and vehicle crime around the Tewkesbury area since 20th December.

  • An intruder was reported at a house in Bronze Close at around 2am on 21st December.  A male in his 40’s ran off when confronted and drove away in a silver Honda car.
  • Two log burning stoves were stolen from a house in Northway Lane during the two weeks prior to 21st December.
  • A house in Vicarage Lane, Brockworth was entered between 15th and 20th December while the owners were away. The house was searched but nothing appears to be missing.
  • There was an unsuccessful attempt to get into a flat in Harrison Road, Shurdington overnight on 21st and 22nd December.  The front door handle was broken in this fumbled attempted burglary.
Vehicle Crime

Four men were disturbed trying to remove one of the road wheels of a van parked in Swillgate in Tewkesbury at 2.20am on 30th December.  They made off in a black Landrover Discovery.
