🚗A vehicle has been entered on Derby Road, Gloucester. A hooded male was seen carrying a handbag that had been taken from the vehicle. The incident was reported at 0224hrs on the 8th of August. If you have any information on this Incident, please quote Incident number 052-08/08/26
