Suspicious circumstances

We're appealing for information following reports of 2 males wearing balaclavas seen trying to steal a van from a driveway. The males were disturbed by a resident who ran out and chased them off. The males then drove off in a grey Vauxhall Insignia towards Willow Bank Way, it is thought the vehicle was on cloned number plates. Did you see any suspicious behaviour in the area, or see this incident?
