There have been parents and guardians of school children parking on Finlay Road near to St Aldates roundabout during drop-off and pick-up times. These cars present a danger to other traffic, but most importantly, they increase the risk of serious injury to the pupils and other young children. Patrols are being conducted and offenders could face tickets for causing an unnecessary obstruction.
